Label and packaging print broker – we match the right printer to your job

A print broker does not print itself – it chooses the best printing house for your job and manages the whole process for you. Poligraf PRO organises label and packaging printing at verified flexographic and digital printing houses in Poland – from choosing the technology and quoting, through file checks, to delivery of the finished run.

When is a print broker worth it?

  • You do not have time to compare offers from many printers or explain your specification to each of them.
  • You want to be sure the technology (flexo or digital) and the printer suit your run length and substrate.
  • You want one contact person responsible for deadline and quality.
  • You are looking for lower print costs without lower quality.

What our print support includes

  • Individual quote – we choose the producer for each specific job.
  • Verified printers – we work with selected digital and flexographic printing houses.
  • On-time delivery – we coordinate production and keep you informed.
  • Technical advice – help choosing the substrate, colours and finishing.
  • File preparation – DTP prepress and CTP plates when needed.

How ordering works – 4 steps

  1. Contact – you describe your needs; we recommend the best solution.
  2. Quote – an individual offer (valid for 14 days) with the optimal technology and production terms.
  3. Production – after written order confirmation and proof approval, we coordinate production.
  4. Delivery – the finished run is delivered to you as agreed.

Flexo or digital printing?

Digital printing usually suits shorter runs, many design versions and tight deadlines, because it needs no plates. Flexographic printing is usually more economical for larger, repeat runs, as the plate cost is spread across more units. As we are not tied to a single press, we recommend the technology that is genuinely the best value for your job.

Terms at a glance

  • Net prices in PLN; VAT at the rate applicable on the invoice date.
  • An advance of 30–100% of the order value may be required; standard payment term 14 days.
  • Quality complaints – in writing within 14 days of receipt.

Full rules: General Terms of Cooperation.

Frequently asked questions

What does a print broker do?

A print broker does not print itself – it selects the right printing house and technology for the job, negotiates terms, checks files and deadlines, and is accountable to the client for the whole process up to delivery.

Is using a broker more expensive than ordering directly from a printer?

Not necessarily. Thanks to our knowledge of the market and many printers, we often find a better price or technology than you would on your own, and you save the time spent comparing offers.

Where do you operate?

We are based in Gdańsk, Poland, and handle orders throughout Poland.

How quickly will I get a quote?

We prepare each quote individually once we have the job details. The offer is valid for 14 days from the date it is sent.
